Colours of lust and love :p

On the eve of women’s day I was wondering, if the very symbol of marriage i.e the sindur according to the Hindu mythology came in different colours to describe the relationship status of a women. The thought was very random and stupid when it first clicked me, but then it seemed amusing when I started thinking about it. Imagine everyone in this world was truthful and open enough about their life that they would not mind a open declaration about their relationship status. A hell lot of men would save themselves from wasting time on woman who were really not available or interested.

The idea of unmarried girls wearing sindur seemed odd, so my modification was colourful wrist band (could not think of anything better). If you are looking for a match or are totally available, green colour would do the magic. Sporting it with full joy that yes I don’t mind anyone hitting on me, bring it on. May be a red one along with the green, would mean don’t even try your luck, else at the end, you would have nothing but broken bones in your body. Only Red meant, I am happily married, if you could excuse me and a black along with it, I am in for an extra-marital affair. Orange, my life is too complicated and messed up, if you want to be my support, be my guest. Purple, hush!! I don’t mind one-night stand and the legendary brown for the people who love two-timing (one doesn't satisfy me types)

A quick scan would give you your answers about the type of relationship you want in your life. The choice of a fling, a one-night stand or maybe a soul-mate for life would be completely in your hands or rather in the colour of your wrist bands.
